Maternity Photography | The best time to book your session is in your second trimester so that we can photograph mom at 32 to 36 weeks. Spouse and children included with all pregnancy sessions. Wardrobe available for pregnancy session. Wardrobe for siblings available including beautiful mini me gowns for the girls and vintage inspired wardrobe for the boys.

Newborn Photography | It's never too early to book your newborn session. The perfect time for your newborn session is before your baby is 12 days old. If you know your due date, we can schedule within the 12 day mark and adjust according to your baby's time table. Family and siblings included with all regular sessions. Wardrobe available for new mama and siblings. I guide you on what to bring for dad.

Baby Photography | Baby's first year produces amazing milestones for you and your family. Let us capture the connection between you and your new bundle of joy, his new personality, her first tooth, and the cake smash. Our "Watch Me Grow" program offers beautiful imagery at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year. These packages are all-inclusive and deeply discounted. Only want one session? No problem! The best time for a single session is at 6 - 8 months when baby is sitting on their own and full of giggles and personality. Wardrobe for baby available. Why buy a beautiful piece or wardrobe to only wear once? Use our beautiful one of kind pieces.

Children Photography | Now is the time to capture your child. She cut her own hair? He's at an awkward stage? She has braces? NONE of those reasons are good reasons to wait. Let us capture your children as they are right now. Beautiful and happy. Wardrobe available up to size 12.

Family Photography | Updating your family portraits can happen at any season, but best times are Fall for the Holidays and anytime there is a life change like a new baby or a birthday.

We will schedule an in-person or telephone consultation appointment to discuss colors, props, packages, products and payment schedule.

I provide various pieces of information so that you are completely ready for your session:

• A contract so that you are completely secure that I have reserved room for your session
• A"Welcome Guide" so that you can learn a bit about me, my style and what to expect.
• An e-brochure that details "The Studio" so know what it looks like and what props are available.
• A "Parent Guide" if parents are to photographed.
• A "Sibling Guide" if siblings are to photographed.
• A "What to Wear Guide" if doing Outdoor family portraits.
• A "How to Prepare Guide". These are specific and are available for pregnancy sessions, newborn sessions, baby sessions, and cakesmash sessions. 

For Pregnancy, we have over 3 dozen gorgeous gowns in silk, chiffon, and lace. Gowns are made for the pregnant mama and fit beautifully and hug all the right places. Gowns can be as modest as you'd like with full coverage or split down the middle to expose that gorgeous belly! Stretch marks? No worries! We got you covered. Anything that you are not born with is removed!

For Newborns, we have a beautiful assortment of props, hats, hair pieces and knitted items in cashmere, angora and merino wool for use in our photography sessions. There is no need to bring anything for your baby unless you have a special item that you would like included in your session. We keep the studio at 85 degrees so that your newborn is warm and comfortable throughout the session. We will do the family (mommy/daddy/sibling) photography poses first so that you can relax and enjoy the rest of the session. No outside photography allowed. We ask that you do not photograph during our session as it creates a huge distraction.

Full payment is finalized at this time. If you need payment arrangements, please inquire before the session. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Once your photography session is complete, I will go work to cull and select the best images from your session. It will take 3 weeks from your session to receive your fully retouched, and beautifully edited digital files.

If you have requested prints. Expect a four to six week processing time for press printed books and albums.

When your order is ready, we will call you for pickup.

NOTE: While Diane Bartoo Photography makes every effort to protect files, we can not guarantee the availability of images that are not ordered after 90 days.
